The registration fee includes:

• transport Krakow-Szczyrk-Krakow,
• full accommodation at Orle Gniazdo Hotel in Szczyrk,
• access to all plenary sessions,
• proceedings of IMF 2008,
• attendance at the technical sessions and visits,
• all refreshments and lunches at the IMF,
• attendance at cultural events during each evenings,
• technical trip to Wieliczka Salt Mine.

The registration fees are:

 - after January 1st, 2008 - €500.00

PLEASE NOTE: ALL BANK CHARGES HAVE TO BE PAID BY THE PARTICIPANT!

All prices are inclusive of VAT tax. Tax invoices will be issued to all delegates.

Please note that delegates will only be permitted to attend the IMF 2008 of their registration fees have been paid.

Cancellation

A 50% refund will be made for cancellations received before 31 December 2007. No refunds will be made for cancellations on or after 1 January 2008. The International Mining Forum 2008 Organizing Committee reserves the right to cancel the conference if fewer that 16 registrations are received.

EXCHANGE RATE

The current rate as at July 2007 is approximately:

1 Polish zloty = US$0.37 = €0.27 = ₤0.18

1 USD = 2.72 PLN

1 EUR = 3.75 PLN

1 GBP = 5.56 PLN
