Conference fee comprises participation in the discussions, accommodation in hotels (Mercure Unia Hotel in Lublin and Europa Hotel), between 24 and 26^th November 2011 (two hotel nights – single or double room), conference materials, participation in associated events, participation in field trips, coffee breaks and lunches.

NOTE: Accommodation available only at the Mercure Hotel. Europa hotel is fully booked.

Deadlines for submitting participation application and conference fee: 

Registering the participation in the Conference may be done by filling in and sending the scan of the Registration Form at: f-agh@agh.edu.pl.

Note: the hotel night start at 2 p.m. and finishes at 12 p.m.

CONDITIONS FOR CONFERENCE FEE CANCELLATION

 Cancellation until 15th September allows the return of the conference fee minus bank fees, after 15th September 2011 the conference fee will not be returned.
